We had studio suite with a terrace. The food was excellent - a huge variety of options. The location was very central, close to the centre of town, the sea front and restaurants. The staff was great, as well as host.
Everything was fantastic.

What a treat to wake up to fresh croissants and a grand spread of sliced tropical fruits at Abbey View House! The cozy studio gave me a glimpse of the sea, and the kitchenette was perfect for whipping up a quick meal. This hidden gem is a must-visit!
Now, Storm Darragh really tried to rain on my parade, but the charm of Youghal shone through. My plans for outdoor dining might've changed, but nah, who cares when you've got a lovely room to enjoy!

The kitchenette was perfect for whipping up a quick meal.
I found the self check-in process impersonal and confusing, especially with the host present in the hotel. The room was unbearably warm, even with the heating off in mid-July. The roads and pathways around the hotel were inconvenient.

The studio at Abbey View House offered a cozy escape with fine sea glimpses. The kitchenette was well-equipped, perfect for quick meals. Waking up to fresh croissants and a good spread of fruits in the fridge was a highlight. The room felt spacious and charmingly decorated. The check-in process felt a bit impersonal. I found the heating unexpected during mid-July, which affected my sleep.
